with rapid steps, it’s drawing ever closer – the festive period at christmas and the ensuing turn of the year. it has been an eventful year that ends in less than three weeks. a year of big and little moments. ones that touch you and the others that move you. it’s hard to believe what happened with and around you. it was an exciting year for the world.
to just sit back for a couple days and do nothing for a change, to leave all of your cares behind for a while. to feel the lightness of being. that’s what summer is all about. nabo is also going to be taking a little break for the summer. we’re here for all of your needs until july 11th - then it’s time for us to relax a bit, too, to sleep in and go to bed looking forward to being woken up by the sun’s rays tickling our faces. but don’t worry: from monday august 15th on, farid zitoun, christian rüger and the whole nabo team will be back in our practice again. to tide you over in the meantime, we here at naturheilzentrum bottrop have put together a little summer reading package with all sorts of useful knowledge and news.
one of the warmest winters in 135 years is behind us. no violent cold spell has hit us. no masses of snow that have caused long-lasting chaos on our roads. the comparatively mild temperatures of the last few months have had one good effect. nature has awoken from its winter slumber much earlier than usual. meteorologically, spring has already begun and according to the calendar, it will not be long before we can switch from winter to spring mode.
